Shipping policy

  • Carriers: USPS / UPS / FedEx (standard ground, selected based on destination).

  • Delivery estimate: 3–7 business days after dispatch (remote areas may take up to 10 days).

  • Actual arrival depends on the carrier; we provide a valid tracking number for every order.

  • Shipping cost: automatically calculated at checkout – no free-shipping promotion is offered.

🔎 Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number after dispatch.

  • You may also contact us at mnql0965@outlook.com for tracking inquiries.

✏️ Address Changes

  • If you need to change the shipping address, email us within 2 hours of placing the order (include your order number).

  • Once the package is handed to the carrier, the address cannot be modified – please double-check your information.

 Non‑Delivery or Lost Packages

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, check your mailbox and surroundings first.

  • If confirmed lost, contact us within 3 business days of the “Delivered” status; we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

🔄 Return Shipping Fees

  • For non-quality-related returns, the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost (see our Return Policy for details).

📌 Important Notes

  • We ship only to addresses within the United States (including contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories like Puerto Rico).

  • P.O. Boxes are not supported – please provide a valid residential or commercial street address.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer, the reshipping fee will be charged to the buyer.
